Refund policy

 

No refund, exchange-only policy:

Customers may exchange items they wish to return (only one time), but they cannot get a monetary refund.


- Exchanges - 

We accept an exchange if the incorrect item is shipped. To be eligible for an exchange, you must first email within 30 days of the order date. Upon receipt of your email, we will respond promptly and accordingly and make sure your replacement is sent out. If a replacement item is not available, we will refund the full purchase price. Customer provides return shipping.

- Warranty -

All purchases from Miseki Jewelry will come with a 14-day warranty for normal wear. All watch sales are final.

- Repair -

Customer will need to send the product back to us as well as pay for all shipping fees. Once we receive the repair, we will contact you for an estimated repair time. Normally most repairs can be done within 7-10 business days. Once finished we will contact you and ship it back. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages.
