Shipping & Tracking
Once your order has shipped,

for tracking information to become available.
If your package is delayed, missing,
or arrives damaged,
please contact us as soon as possible.
If your package or watch arrives damaged,
please take clear photographs of the item,
shipping box, and packaging materials.
Keep all original packaging and contact us promptly.
We will review the situation and assist
with the appropriate next steps,
including a shipping insurance claim
when applicable.
Claims are subject to the insurance
provider's terms and approval.
