2. Take a creative/unique photo with the ring float displayed in front of our store. The challenge is to take an interesting photo without touching the ring, using creative angles and perspectives!

The winners will be contacted via DM on Instagram in the end of April 2024. Once the winners are confirmed, they will be announced in our instagram stories. 　

For the purpose of a transparency, we will announce the winners with their instagram accounts in our instagram stories.

INSTAGRAM JEWELRY GIVEAWAY TERMS & CONDITIONS 

1. Eligibility Criteria: This campaign is open to residents of the United States.  
2. No Purchase Necessary: No purchase necessary to enter the giveaway. 
3. How to Enter: If you are already following @miseki.sf, just tag us and share/post your photo(s) to complete the entry.
4. Account Name Publication Agreement: Please apply only if you agree to the publication of your account name because the winners will be announced in our Instagram stories for the purpose of a transparency. 
5. Follower Confirmation Requirement: If we are unable to confirm that you are still following our account at the time of the drawing, you may not be eligible to win. We recommend that you continue to follow us for a while. 
6. Winner Notification Response: Winners must respond with a Direct Message on Instagram within 2 business days of the Promoter sending notification. If no response has been made during this time it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with these rules.
7. Final Decisions: The Promoter’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into. 
8. Non-responsibility for Entry Errors: The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted or fail to reach the Promoter by the relevant closing date for any reason. 
9. Restrictions on Inquiries: We do not accept any questions or inquiries regarding confirmation of entry receipt, lottery method, winning or losing, or about accidents or damage during delivery.
10. Prize Conditions: The prizes are non-transferrable and no cash alternative will be offered. 
11. Promoter's Rights in Case of Unforeseen Circumstances: In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right (a) to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the promotion without notice. No correspondence will be entered into. 
12. Voiding of Eligibility and Prize Policies: If any of the following circumstances apply, the eligibility to win will be void. (a) If the prize cannot be delivered due to an unknown address or long absence, (b) If the Sponsor deems that there has been fraudulent activity in the entry process, or (c) If the winner does not reply to the DM within the time limit.
13. Non-returnable and Non-exchangeable Prizes: Prizes are NOT returnable, or exchangeable. Prizes will not be redelivered after they have been returned to the Promoter by the shipping carrier.  
14. Use of Entrant Data: The Promoter will use any data submitted by entrants only for the purposes of running the giveaway, unless otherwise stated in the entry details. By entering this giveaway, all entrants consent to the use of their personal data by the Promoter for the purposes of the administration of this giveaway and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. 
15. Promoter's Liability Post-Shipment: The Promoter will not be held responsible for any damages after the prizes have been shipped.  
16. Prize Shipping Schedule: Prizes are scheduled to be sent out in the beginning of May 2024. Please note that the shipping date of the prizes may be subject to change due to unavoidable circumstances. Or prizes can be picked up at our store. 
17. Agreement to Terms and Conditions: By entering the giveaway each entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
